This is a truly remarkable resort. The facilities are second to none, and the entertainment team, and restaurant staff were amazing, during this very busy week. The reception staff deliver a high level of service. The all inclusive package is truly all inclusive, with a number of bar staff serving a selection of drinks and cocktails, and delicious food served at meals with snacks in between. The only downside of our week away was unfortunately out of the hands of the resort staff. The behaviour of small children in the restaurant was appalling. Tots running up and down between tables carrying glasses and other dishes of food with their parents having relinquished any responsibility for their behaviour. Taking handfuls of food from the buffet, which they could hardly reach, and eating it with their hands. Breakfast, or dinner (we did not attend at lunchtime) no matter what time we chose to eat, we experienced youngsters screaming, shouting, crying, and generally carrying on without any recourse or intervention from parents. As a suggestion, I think the hotel should set aside one or two of the dining areas for families, and the other areas for adults only. Otherwise, allocate early eating times for families, as at the moment the kids seem to be ruling the roost. I noticed other guests watching their behaviour with horror and disbelief. Your write up boasts peace and privacy for guests. I think the attention to peace for at mealtimes for visitors without children needs to be addressed.
