perfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel

I visited this hotel only for 2 nights on a work event but from the short stay, it was enough to tell this really is an amazing hotel. The check in process was quick, the staff were very friendly and the hotel is spacious and clean. Every member of staff was excellent, especially the restaurant staff. The food in this hotel was really good too and the grounds the hotel are set on is lovely to go for a walk on. Whilst there were kids there, I think kids could get a little bored (unless they do more for kids in peak season) and would think this hotel is better suited for couples.

Hotel avec de nombreuses chambres mais personnel attentionné, très aimable. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petits déjeuners incroyables. Plusieurs piscines distinctes pour adultes et familles. Kids club. Restaurants délicieux.

This is a wonderful hotel. The grounds of the hotel are a beautiful park, extremely well kept. The local beach/cliffs can be reached via a very beautiful walk through a gorgeous nature. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean throughout our stay. As for the staff : very, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the team managed to keep the buffet always fully stocked. Big congratulations to the team of this hotel, we had a great time ! Muito obrigado !

Experiencia maravilhosa, Hotel lindo, serviço sensacional e restaurantes excepcionais. O SPA e muito bom, com profissionais bem treinados e muito educados. Tem atividades para toda a família e todas as idades. O restaurante Alquimia deveria ser estrelado, foi uma experiencia excepcional.

Hôtel luxueux et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le meilleur matelas qu'il m'ait été donné de voir dans un hôtel. Personnel courtois et professionnel. Déjeuner-buffet varié et produits frais. Localisation parfaite avec accès direct à une plage magnifique. Seul bémol est le prix élevé des restaurants sur place (y compris le buffet du dîner / souper). Cependant, plusieurs restaurants sont disponibles à proximité.

We hadden een dure kamer junior suite. Dat was niet helemaal Epic. Helaas hebben een drietal dagen vreselijk stank op onze kamer moeten verwerken. Bleek een probleem met riool en afvoer. Verder zouden er meerdere restaurants moeten zijn en tijdens laagseizoen 1 of 2 dicht. Er bleek maar 1 super saai restaurant te zijn met een week lang dezelfde kaart. Voor alle ongemakken kregen wij 2 dimmers met drankjes. Bleek dat wij geen wijn mochten kiezen. Personeel met name Anastasia en Luis waren prima. We wilden direct weer vertrekken dat mocht niet ….policy. Ik zou dit hotel niet direct aanbevelen voor 2800 euro per week zij er betere opties.
