環境非常不錯，酒店旁邊就有是海，沙灘非常漂亮，非常適合帶孩子去遊玩，也適合夏天度假，除了交通不是很便利之外其餘都非常好

EL EVENTO AL QUE ASISTIMOS ( LA GRAN FONDO ALBERTO CONTADOR ) ESTABA SUPER BIEN ORGANIZADO DENTRO DEL HOTEL Y AL TENERLO TODO AL LADO NOS FUE MUY FACIL ACEDER A TODOS LOS ACTOS ORGANIZADOS. LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL ESTAN SUPERBIEN CON JARDINES, PISCINA, ACESO A LA PLAYA PRIVADA , ECT, ECT, . EL DESAYUNO GENIAL. Nice and well located hotel near Oliva. Beach is right behind the hotel, which gives extra value to the hotel. Reseption works super including car rental - 10 points ! Only minus is the food (dinner) and the old style and old rooms in some part of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand is one of the best.

This hotel is not even close to 4* and lacked some of the most basic services. Very poor unstable wifi, none of the english channels were working throughout my stay and most of the staff outside of reception spoke very poor english. Room service was very poor and they charge you for having anything ordered to the room. I also found this hotel lacked vegetarian options throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. Hotel restaurant dinner was not included in our package deal so we never ate there. Breakfast was nice though. All in all an average experience.

Lausiges Hotel, lausiges Personal! Essen (Buffetpreis p.P. 45 €) im Restaurant Columbus teuer und teilweise von lausiger Qualität. (siehe Bild) Personal unfreundlich. Mitten während des Essens sollte ich bezahlen! !Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dann trotz vorheriger Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde im Restaurant meine Amex Karte nicht akzeptiert. Bargeld auch nicht. Ich habe dann an der Rezeption unter Aufsicht des Personals aus dem Restaurant (!) bar bezahlt. Das ganze Theater während des Essens! Unmöglich! Der Weg zum Zimmer parterre entsprach dem Weg in eine Rumpelkammer. Überall abgestellte Gegenstände. In meinem Zimmer wurden vorher Möbelstücke entfernt, sodass das Zimmer nicht gerade wohnlich wirkte. Der Preis: ÜF/EZ 187,50 € geradezu ein Schnäppchen.

This was my third visit to Oliva Nova. I fly in from Canada and stay there a few nights to recover from jet lag before proceeding with travels in Valencia region. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is top quality and keeps me going all day. White sand beach is perfect for long walks to clear away the cobwebs. Thank you Oliva Nova. I’ll be back!
