trés bon séjour à las dunas - Oliva. appart confortable. quelques prestations hôtelières appréciables comme le petit déjeunée au restaurant, le nettoyage de l'appart si on reste + de 7 nuits, un petit train qui nous emmène jusqu'au centre commerciale, des animations à coté de la grande piscine pour les plus jeunes durant juillet-aout. Très proche de la mer.
Par contre, pas d'animations extérieurs. Au niveau de l' appart : douche un peu petite (mais ce n'est pas là qu'on vit le plus) et plaque de cuisson dont la rapidité de chauffe n'est pas son fort (pas grave, on est en vacances).

Menaje muy justo. No hay perchas en el baño para dejar la toalla de la ducha. Apartamento tranquilo. Piscinas correctas aunque faltan hamacas. Lo mejor la ubicación cerca de la playa. Sin limpieza en estancias inferiores a siete días.

Al llegar me asignaron un apartamento tipo adosado. El tamaño, el poder dejar el coche a la puerta de la entrada (individual), la equipación de cocina, baños, aire acondicionado, jabón en duchas… realmente bien! Es verdad que alguna goma de las duchas (mamparas) están en mal estado y daba sensación de suciedad, y meterse en una ducha así no apetece, pero son pequeños detalles que espero mejoren rápido. El servicio de recepción 24h es espectacular, súper atentos y encantadores todos

Nos ha encantado!! Para ir con niños es perfecto, la zona de Las Dunas y la playa es muy tranquila, genial para llevar perro. El adosado está bien equipado, tiene de todo menos secador. Esta muy limpio y muy nuevo, y el jardín con césped es perfecto para los niños y la mascota, lo han disfrutado muchísimo. La animación es genial, muchas actividades de mañana y de tarde y los niños estaban encantados, divertidos y entretenidos. Las animadoras muy educadas, profesionales y muy buen trato a los niños: Aitana, Andrea, Cintia, Axelia, Zulema, Eugenia… muchas gracias! El personal correcto y amable. El complejo estupendo, muchas piscinas, chiringuito, restaurante, supermercado, parque y gym (aunque el gimnasio con muy pocas cosas). Lo único negativo los participantes de un concurso de hípica que fueron muy maleducados y ruidosos, durante un par de días.

La limpieza del apartamento es muy deficiente, suelo muy sucio, sábanas con manchas, huellas por todos sitios. Lo hemos dicho en recepción pero nadie ha pasado para solucionarlos. Faltaba la cafetera y la TV tenía el cable de antena roto. Las piscinas en estado fatal, encharcadas y sucias. Para el precio que tienen me parece muy mala atención.
