Absolutely fuming, Booked last night for two families only to be told they had cancelled the reservation without informing us after having travelled from Nashville with two small children. The person who cancelled should have had the decency to contact us to explain the situation but after having read the reviews she did us a favour even though we had a 3 and a half hours to drive home - would definitely NOT recommend

I had to check out out early because of the lack of cleanness. The room had different color stains on the wall & floors. On top of that my bed a an infestation of roaches!

Check in was slow. Once i got to check in, i was informed that my prepaid guaranteed reservation was not available. Forced to take a smoking room which they had the nerve to charge extra for. Then desk manager tried to explain that guaranteed didnt actually mean guaranteed. Wont be back

This property was horrible. The room didn't have an iron or ironing board. The TV and microwave didn't work. The water pressure was terrible. They changed the shower head and left the tub dirty. The lighting is also bad. Housekeeping never came to clean the room. The outside of the property is also unsafe. The need to fix the pavement and walkways.
