Hotel maravilhoso, com estacionamento. Quartos amplos, muito confortável, várias amenidades. O nosso tinha uma sacada uma vista incrível para o rio douro e para o jardim. Equipe atenciosa, educada e sempre prestativa, é um hotel para curtir ele próprio, pois fica uns 15 minutos de carro do centro de porto. O serviço de restaurante, incluindo o café da manhã é muito bom, com várias opções para os mais variados paladares. Destaco, em especial, o arroz ao forno com cabrito, que estava sensacional. Uma dica importe é pedir para servir o prato quente, pois em uma das refeições, em que pedi entrecôte, a carne já estava morna para fria, diferente do cabrito que, com minha orientação, foi servido na temperatura perfeita.

Palhaçada hotel não sabe receber família.
Crianças não podem na utilizar piscina apenas avisam no check in. Mandam informação incompletas apenas falando sobre o spa que não aceita crianças. Como vou adivinhar. Uma vergonha ridículo. Não sabem receber ou informar antes. Muita decepção.

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service.
The SPA was amazing.
For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.
