Un hotel muy bonito, acogedor y elegante. Instalaciones adecuadas al tipo de local ya que era un antiguo palacio.Destacar la amabilidad exquisita de Nieves y el buen servicio en el desayuno. Enhorabuena por vuestra profesionalidad y a mantener el nivel.

Hotel muy céntrico en una mansión noble muy bonita, bien rehabilitada. La decoración es un poco pobre, la iluminación no es buena, todo queda un poco oscuro, la pintura de las paredes del patio y de la mayor parte de las zonas comunes (pasillos) es de un color crema mate bastante tristón. El desayuno no es buffet sino que es servido por el personal del hotel, con cierta lentitud, algunos clientes se cansaron de esperar y se fueron sin desayunar. La calidad del desayuno es mediocre. Deberían ofrecer un desayuno buffet y se ahorrarían problemas.

Estuvimos 4 noches, alojamiento y desayuno (buenísimo y de calidad) las camareras son un encanto.

Podrás disponer de sábanas de percal de 400 hilos, limpieza y demás servicios, amén de una ubicación perfecta, pero si te adjudican la habitación 213, no descansarás. Desde este cuarto se dispone de acceso directo al ruido incesante de las máquinas de los compresores del sistema aire acondicionado/ bomba de calor del hotel durante toda la noche. El coste de esta habitación es exactamente igual al de otras de iguales características. NO es posible descansar. A dormir a otro lugar.

Hemos tenido una estancia super agradable. Un hotel precioso y muy bien cuidado en el centro de Olivenza. Ya es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos y como curiosidad cada habitación está decorada de una manera diferente. Con una decoración muy cuidada y de buen gusto. El personal muy agradable. Y excelente limpieza. Lo único que al ser la calle peatonal, por mi parte aconsejo entrar por la calle de La Caridad para llevar el equipaje. Dista de la puerta unos 15 metros.

El Rural Palacio Arteaga es muy bonito está en el centro de Olivenza ,es muy tranquilo,el desayuno esquisto ,la limpieza es de 10 y el personal muy atento y simpático ,sin duda para repetir ,la zona del desayuno es en un patio interior muy acogedor y bonito y las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas
