L’endroit est superbe et le personnel très à l’écoute. Nous étions en famille et ils ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et plein d’attention envers notre enfants nous recommandons ce lieux chaleureux ! La partie SPA est assez intimiste et nous n’avons pas ressenti une sur occupation des lieux c’était très équilibré.

Nous avons passé deux nuits et c’était vraiment bien. Le personnel est souriant et à l’écoute. Très bonne adresse. Si nous devions faire une remarque, la musique jouée au moment du repas n’était pas très bien adaptée. 😉 Nous y reviendrions volontiers. Bonne suite à eux et encore merci. Anja et Denis

Wir hatten diese Übernachtung als Geschenk von Freunden erhalten und hatten hohe Erwartungen, da diese nur positiv über dieses Hotel geredet haben. Mit hohen Erwartungen kamen wir am Hotel an und wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Von Anfang an wurde uns erklärt, dass das Konzept "Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause" grossgeschrieben wird. In der Tat ist ihnen das gelungen. Alle Mitarbeiter inklusive Direktor sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf alle individuellen Wünsche ein. Alle sind sehr aufmerksam und bieten stets ihre Hilfe an. Auch dass SPA kann man brauchen, wann man will, egal ob man noch gar nicht eingecheckt ist oder schon ausgecheckt hat. (natürlich zu den gegebenen Öffnungszeiten). Das hauseigene Restaurant ist eines der besten, die ich je probiert habe. Die Showküche erlaubt Einblicke und das ganze lokal ist wieder sehr familiär gestaltet. Auch der Koch ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns einfach eine Tour durch den Keller gegeben, weil wir daran interessiert waren. Auch hier sind wieder alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt unglaublich. Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen und werde im nächsten Jahr nochmal einen Besuch abstatten.

deuxième séjour dans ce boutique, confidentiel car peu de chambres, bâtiments en bois comme son nom l indique, excellentes qualite de service, grande gentillesse de la part de toute l équipe, excellent petit déjeuner copieux et de très bons produits, une piscine chaude avec la vue sur les montagnes et un service de massage de haut niveau. what else?

We were very lucky to be invited to this excellent hotel for a wedding, it’s an amazing venue. The rooms are lovely, clean and nicely decorated with lovely furnishings, you also get tea, coffee, fruit and soft drinks in your room. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and very nicely presented, they made the whole experience very special. The staff working here are so nice and friendly, they simply can’t do enough for you. Overall an experience we will remember for a very long time, we couldn’t rate it highly enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Villars.

We went to a wedding at this venue. Wedding location perfect. Beautiful stunning breathtaking views. Cocktails canapés outside around the pool. The food was first class all cooked freshly in front of you. The staff were so kind and a pleasant throughout. We finished the evening downstairs in the night club. Would highly recommend. Perfect!! The location of this venue is stunning and was selected after looking at numerous venues in Villars for our wedding. Mohamed and Cécile went above and beyond to make our day wonderful and provided a personalised wedding package with their attention to detail and delivery second to none. We couldn’t have picked a better venue for our special day as the staff were incredible from the cleaners to the service staff and the chef. The team provided a five star experience but were so welcoming and accommodating for any requests as nothing was too much trouble. The food is exceptional with their chef creating visual works of art that taste as good as they look. The spa area is beautiful with stunning panoramic views and the accommodation is traditional mountain chic with everything you need provided. They also have a unique jazz bar downstairs and a lovely terrace outside to relax. There is everything you need in one place with excellent, friendly staff and we would highly recommend this venue for a summer/winter vacation or for an exclusive party.

Spent the weekend at this stunning hotel for a family wedding. Everything was 10/10. The location The views The friendliest, helpful staff I have ever encountered Exceptional tasting and presented food Gorgeous rooms with everything you could possibly need The spa and pool was a luxurious added bonus If you want a getaway where you leave feeling truly spoilt this is the place.
