We were at the SPA at the beginning of March with the FC Gland football team. The SPA is incredible, it is beautiful, super well equipped, very clean and the staff is available to meet your needs. I really recommend the SPA for a good moment of relaxation with a superb view of the Alps

Thank you to all those who work so diligently to make this an outstanding holiday experience. Staff are courteous, patient and positive - trained to find solutions rather than describe obstacles. Pierre in concierge is outstanding at this job, thank you. The food is simply outstanding. In pursuit of excellence I would personally encourage making the 'quiet relaxation area' next to the hammer - with loungers and a magnificent view- actually 'quiet and relaxing'. At the moment people chat away on their phones, to each other and review their facebook posts together. Please make it a no phone and silent zone. Also the restaurant is outstanding and merits one michelin star at least - but the area adjacent to the bar is far too noisy for this kind of dining experience. We cancelled our booking to secure an evening where we could be given a table further away from the very loud bar music. But overall a very high class experience and would highly recommend.

I stayed at Villars Palace from January 12 to January 14 and I must say that this hotel is exceptional. The renovation of this historic building is a real success. I had a panorama suite with a balcony, a pretty room and a truly exceptional view. The choice of providing an "oasis" room for coffee/tea/drinks per floor I don't find it very practical because every time you want a coffee you have to leave the room. The ski room is located just 50 meters from the station, it’s very convenient. I was warmly welcomed and the staff were very smiling and attentive. The restaurant Le 19 13 was simply perfect. However, I encountered some problems during breakfast on the last day. There was a lot of waiting and I even had to cancel some orders because they could no longer keep up. I had to ask for my coffee and eggs several times. Other than that, the hotel was just perfect, a magical place. I recommand it.

The building is majestic and represents a true jewel of Swiss hotels. The staff there are charming and attentive without being guided. The renovation of this historic building is a real success. The rooms are rather small but functional and most have a balcony which is nice and the layout is correct - the choice of providing an "oasis" room for coffee/tea/drinks per floor is a very good idea. Restaurant 1913 is another highlight of the hotel, offering an exceptional dining experience - thanks to the chef. The breakfast is fabulous and one of the best I have ever had. The location is a stone's throw from the station with the ski room less than 50 meters from the little train which will take you to Col Bretaye and the fact of being able to purchase these ski subscriptions in the hotel a plus. In short, a perfect stay without a false note and we will come back with pleasure.

My husband and I went to Villars Palace for a weekend getaway and we brought our cat with us. Everything was organized for our little kitty. The hotel is pet friendly and super kind animals. The staff is very helpful and nice. The amenities are great and the food is delicious - from the breakfast buffet to having breakfast in the room. From their Gault Milleu 1913 Restaurant to Peppino trattoria that was across the street and part of the Villars Alpine Resort - everything was perfect. I also loved the lnstant Glow treatment at KAEA Spa and the jaw-dropping view from the pool.
