The owners are very rude and threatened to call the police because they wanted an extra $30 that was not stated when we checked in. We told them when we checked in we had a dog and nothing was said. Then all the sudden they want $30 as a deposit for a pet. My husband said he would go up and pay it in just a minute took the dog out to potty. Another knock came on the door and was threatened if it wasn't paid immediately the cops would be called. I would not stay in this hotel if my life depended on it

I didn't like that the sink didn't have a stopper. The heater looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a lot of dust in the heater.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was not clean.
Dirty sheets, ashes on the ground by night stand.
Smell was off.
Bath faucet wouldn’t shut completely off.
I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, we needed a place to crash after a day of softball but def room for improvement.

The room was ok but the whole place smelled very strongly of cigarette / cigar / maybe mixed w pot. The outer door didn’t lock. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking.

Worn down, parking dimly lit. Carpet and bedding needing an update. Seems popular with fisherman and traveling tradespersons.

I had booked a "Studio Suite", but my room just had the usual desk and dresser, plus one chair. The worst thing, tho, is that the two external doors (away from the main entrance) were left unlocked at all times. So anyone could just walk in! I asked one of the employees about it, and he told me that they did it that way to make it easy for people coming back late to get in. I think it's really so late-comers won't ring the manager.

The smoke detector wires we’re hanging from the ceiling. No smoke detector there just wires. The floor in the bathroom by the toilet felt like it was going to fall in. The bed spread was dirty . It smelled like smoke and the employee was smoking on our floor by the window. No towel on our second. No one at front desk on Sunday 7:45 am rang the bell 2X still no none came.
The coffee was terrible couldn’t even drink it. Also the breakfast was a bit on the older side d wasn’t fresh tasting .

Lets start off with good: staff was always willing to help.
This place was the absolute dirtiest and trashiest i have ever saw! We will NEVER stay in another Super 8. When I say that it was dirty, it was absolutely disgusting. There wasn’t one place in hotel that was clean. Our pillows had burn holes in them, sheets smelt like feces and had stains all over them, pillows had clumps of filling, weren’t fluffy or close to being comfortable. Way overdo to change them out. The shower had MULTIPLE burn marks on it that wasnt from a cigarette. The floor wasnt safe to walk on barefoot or socks. Cobwebs, dirt, and dust all over. You definitely couldn’t tell the last time the room was cleaned. This place isnt fit to let my dogs or horses to stay there.
