The hotel is on the edge of a lake with a private beach An excellent point for a trip to the Thousand Lakes area as well as for hiking in the hotel area Excellent service especially from Philip who works in the dining room Excellent and varied breakfast We ate in the evening at the hotel restaurant which was good clean rooms

Fantastic hotel.
Excellent value for money, small gym but with the essentials, excellent SPA with swimming pool, excellent restaurant and high-level breakfast.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The Internet connection is not very fast, but still OK.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, good food and service. Sadly, I've noticed that the pool and windows at the pool are not cleaned enough. It's supposed to be an 'infinity pool', but you can hardly see anything through the glass surrounding the pool. Besides that, everything seems nice and it's definitely worth recommending for a short gateway.

A very nice hotel, located right next to the lake, which adds to its charm. Large rooms with a comfortable bed. 100% cleanliness. Conference rooms very well equipped for over 500 people. Very tasty breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Very nice pool and spa.

4 stars only in name. In room dirty bathroom and windows not washed for months. Flush toilet broken, maintenance man failed to fix the problem and hotel offered nothing in return. In both restaurants, service is terrible, not worthy of a hotel aspiring to 4*. To place an order you have to wait for ages, for food even longer. It is impossible to pass over the fact that the tartar (quite tasty) came without ordered vodka, after reminding vodka was delivered warm! A smile of a nice waitress did not compensate for moral losses. If you want to order food to your room, you have to be lucky to get someone to answer the phone. The pool is small, but nice. If you do not like crowds, you have to carefully choose swimming hours. In order not to come off as a total wimp, I will write that I appreciate the nice view of the lake. However, in a similar standard I know much better organized hotels. This one clearly can not cope with a large number of guests

Gefallen: Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel, neu, sauber, großzügig, schöne Zimmer zum Wasser hin – den Aufpreis ist es wert! Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl – schon dafür lohnt der Besuch. Schöne Lage direkt am Ukiel-See mit vielen Liegestühlen. Gutes WLAN. Safe im Zimmer. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis außergewöhnlich. Schöner Innenpool mit Aussicht zum See. Nicht gefallen: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer – vor allem am Schreibtisch – und im Bad ist zu dunkel. Und der in der Werbung versprochene Badestrand ist nur ein 3m tiefer Uferstreifen zum Spielen für Kinder.

We visited with a group of 8 Pilots for a night. Check in for everybody was prepared and runs fast. Very good comfortable Hotelrooms and a good restaurant in a nice environment. Highly recommended.
