Had a great time. Very close to the town. James and musafa great hotel staff. Breakfast is boiled eggs, bread, salad and whatever in hot pan that can be beans, mushrooms, sweet bread on rotation. But soo many places to have a fry up. Rooms clean, showers can be small, but hay ho. Only paid £630 for the two of us which is amazing!! Small hotel and everyone says morning and talk to each other which a rarity in this day and age. Really enjoyed it. Xx

We spent 10 days at the saray hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary… the hotel is just a short walk from the main *****.. we had a family room which was kept spotless clean, towels were changed everyday.. the pool area has plenty of sun beds.. the breakfast is basic but tasty.. The evening meal all home cooked and delicious.. what really made our stay were the hotel staff (James and Mustafa ) they gave us such a warm welcome and nothing was to much trouble.. there were always on hand with information regarding the area.. never seen such hard working loyal staff .. they make the Saray a lovely place to stay… thank you Nicola & Paul

Nice clean pool area with loads of sun beds, never struggled to get one. Location fab close to the ***** but. Couldn’t hear any noise from room, will stay again

Just returned from our 3rd visit to the Saray. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of food, reasonably priced. Great location. Rooms cleaned to a good standard and towels changed every day. Pool area kept well maintained and clean.

Just returned last night from a 10 day stay at this hotel ( our third time) . Yes the hotel is dated and in need of a paint job and new sunlounges, but please look beyond this you have got yourself a great little hotel. Clean friendly staff, big shout out to James and Mustafa also the female receptionist sorry didn't catch her name they were friendly extremely helpful and dealt with any issues that arose. The lad on the reception desk is a bit miserable but you can't have it all. Yes it is a bit more expensive than outside to eat, drink but the pool side bar is well worth it. Only disappointment was definitely the breakfast or lack of. Don't forget you get what you pay for, please don't expect the Ritz it's clean friendly and in a great spot . Go for it you won't be disappointed

I have just returned from 10 nights at the hotel and unfortunately I wasn’t impressed however I will start off with the positives. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Hisaronu as it is only a few minutes walk from the main ***** and also the bus stop, if you wish to explore further. The rooms are kept spotless, bedding and towels changed daily and the cleaner was so friendly. The balcony is tiny however and not spacious enough to sit out on so we just used it to dry our towels and swimming costumes. The pool area is a good size and there was plenty of sunbeds, although the typical British do like to get up at 7am and reserve theirs, so you don’t always get the best spot unless you do the same. I emailed the hotel the day before we arrived requesting a ground floor room due to being heavily pregnant and they did sort this out for me, which was much appreciated. The receptionists were very helpful so I couldn’t fault them. Late check out is also available for £25 which I found very reasonable and meant we could still use the pool on the last day as there is no luggage room to leave your suitcases somewhere safe otherwise. Now onto what let the hotel down. Upon arriving exhausted and ready for bed at 4am, we failed to read the signs which state “no food or drink to be bought into the hotel, we will search your bags and this will be confiscated” so the next day my friend and I walked to the local supermarket to purchase a big bottle of water each and a packet of crisps. When we arrived back to the hotel, we were stopped by James (a waiter) and given a rather abrupt and rude telling off infront of other guests, which was absolutely humiliating, and threatened to be kicked out of the hotel if we didn’t like their rules. As two young girls on their first day of holiday, I’m sure you can imagine how this made us feel. As if this was not bad enough, the owner (who is the most miserable person I’ve ever met and unsure how he works in the hospitality business) also joined in so we had the two of them having a go at us. We felt so uncomfortable knowing we had another 9 nights left that I even contacted my travel agent for a hotel change request but unfortunately it wasn’t possible so we spent the entire holiday walking on egg shells and being glared at by the owner every time we returned to the hotel with a bag of shopping (clothes, presents etc, not food!!!!) and James even checked our bags infront of him one night but luckily it was only t-shirts from the market. Whilst I understand, it is a business and they are trying to make money by forcing guests to purchase food and drink from them, their prices are ridiculous and as I explained to the receptionist, we are on a budget and if I can save money going to the supermarket then that’s what I’m going to do. For example, I bought a carton of juice from the hotel for 100 lira (roughly £3 which I wouldn’t even spend on juice in England) but the same carton of juice was only 25 lira in t

We came back yesterday after a 10 night break we booked 2 days before going and we would definitely go again. Nothing was to much trouble a big shout out to James who worked hard and gave everyone who stayed there his attention and went out of his way to help. I don't enjoy seeing negative posts about a group of hardworking members of staff. It's a 3 star hotel with cleaners and fresh towels everyday who greet you with a smile and a hello. We spent hours around and in the pool no complaints from us at all bar open for cold drinks snacks and ice creams not overpriced. We paid for breakfast was always well cooked in fact all the food we had was, but obviously it's a brilliant location and there us a huge amount of options. The rooms with mini bar you could put drinks in the shower was amazing the beds comfy plenty of power points. The sun beds were fine comfy enough but obviously spend slot of time wet it's a pool. Thanks for a lovely holiday

We had 2x family rooms , very spacious , and very clean , maid service every day. The hotel itself was very clean throughout, staff very friendly especially James , very close to town , the swimming pool was lovely and big , I would definitely recommend this hotel if your a looking for a budget and basic hotel, the food is very good however breakfast that’s included is very basic but you can have a full English off the menu . However I’ve marked it down one star as around the poolside needs updating, although plenty of sun beds , they do need renewing and the hotel could do with a lick of paint Overall we would stay again and I recommend this hotel , no frills and basic. Clean and comfortable
