Telmessos Neva Hotel - Halal-Non Alcoholic All Inclusive Hotel

It is a very nice hotel, it is big, spacious and stylish, the food is delicious and diverse, the pool is clean and the Aqua park is fun, the staff are respectful and kind, it is a hotel that can be visited as a family, and we kiss the hand of our aunt Nermin.

The rooms were nice, the attention was very good, the food was just like the others, it was very nice, there was a lot of variety, the outdoor activities were very nice, the pool activities during the day were very fun and nice, the billiards and table tennis activities in the outdoor area were very nice, I kiss the hands of our sister Nermin.

Отдыхали семьей, я, мама, и младший брат ( мне 18 лет, брату - 14). До этого отдыхали в отелях 5* на другом побережье. В Фетхие остановились первый раз. Хотелось побывать в новом месте, и так как начитались отзывов, что отдыха в Фетхие похож на отдых в Европе - остановились на этом варианте. И ничуть не пожалели! Отель не новый, но очень атмосферный. Вкусная еда, фрукты, что очень порадовало, так это разнообразие сыров. Анимация - 10/10. Перед поездкой читали отзывы, многие писали, что «спокойная анимация», ехали немного опасаясь, так как для нас анимация - был важный пункт. Но оказалось совсем не так! Времени на море хватало только вечером. Утром дартс, затем горки открываются, анимация у бассейна, далее водное поло, стрельба из ружья, опять горки. На море выбирались ближе к 17:15. Но про море позже. Во время нашего пребывания вечером дважды был Bar tour. Очень понравилось! (От отеля до улицы, на которой вся движуха: бары, магазины, парк, не более 5 минут пешком). Огромное спасибо команде аниматоров : Safak, Hassan, Dogukan ❤️ Прекрасно ладят как с детьми, так и со взрослыми! С гостями отеля находятся в постоянном контакте! Это первый отдых, когда я на столько сильно прониклась к аниматорам❤️ Теперь про море. Дорога до моря занимает около 15 минут: До автобусной остановки дойти около 3-5 минут, и доехать на долмуше 5-10 минут. При желании можно пользоваться такси. Дорога совершенно напрягает. Море действительно как на мальдивах - голубого цвета. Если подытожить все вышесказанное - отель и местоположение очень хорошие, всем рекомендую тут побывать! Виды, море, ну и, конечно же, атмосфера в отеле - это что-то невероятное!

Our first night at the hotel, we are trying to sleep with the bad air conditioner, the hotel currently offers a conservative concept. Unfortunately, we got the feeling that they thought they would make two expenses, turn the hotel into a conservative one, double the price, make a profit this year and close it next year. They charge all-inclusive hotel prices for rooms that are worse than hostels and think that this is halal income, what a shame, really. The food and staff are friendly, but if you cannot have a good rest at the hotel you stay, these do not matter. Yesterday, we stayed at a boutique hotel on the road. It had much more facilities than here, clearly. We came specifically for the Aqua, so that our child could have fun. The Aqua, which they advertise as Fethiye's hotel with the Largest Aqua, can be used actively for 2-3 hours during the day. Parking is a big problem, 1/3 of the parking capacity is available, we are constantly being called to move your car. Unfortunately, we are experiencing an embarrassment that we paid the price for, thinking about how we will spend two more days here. I recommend it, I am sure that this hotel will close its service with this concept next year. They will get away with whatever is taken from whomever this year, but I don't think this kind of gain will benefit anyone.

I recommend it, this is our second visit this year with the family. Hospitable family friendly hotel. Food and location are good. I recommend it as a suitable hotel for families with children. I will choose it again :) all the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good, the staff is very nice, they are friendly and smiling, but I have never seen the loyal chef treat his staff well. He always belittles the staff. Other than that, I had a nice week. I would like to thank Umut Abiye and the staff from the animation team.
