Excellent hotel,very clean,new design building,very good breakfast and clean Daily cleaning rooms, Very good location,high wi-fi Highly recommed this hotel,we will come again and there is big 4 pools in hotel And good pool bar soft drink

Öncelikle çok güzel bir aile işle**esi her türlü isteğinizde ve sorularınızda ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya calısıyorlar kahvaltası ***et yeterli butik otellere göre odalar çok güzel dizayn edilmiş yeterince kullanışlı ve konforlu ama banyolarda keşke iki katı olsaydı duş alırken etrafı ısla**amak biraz zor oluyor :) kısacası kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim ve tekrar gelince kalacağım bir otel

It was awful. The glass door in the shower shattered on me, I was left bleeding and both myself and my son were extremely upset. The owner was unapologetic, aggressive towards me and also the cleaner who had told me the same thing happened to her two months prior in another room. When *********** called him, he actually said I had ruined his property and asked to be reimbursed! The facilities were old and clearly not maintained. Strongly advise not to stay here.

Se non fosse stato per il proprietario e la sua famiglia, persone davvero splendide, avremmo lasciato l’hotel immediatamente (e non l’abbiamo fatto anche perché avevamo già pagato tutto). Il manager dell’hotel si è rivelato una persona davvero sgradevole e maleducata. Siamo stati da lui insultati. Potremmo scrivere un lungo elenco ma per l’appunto non lo facciamo in rispetto al proprietario e alla sua splendida famiglia.

Temiz, sakin, huzurlu bir ortamda 4 gece konakladık. Otel çalışanlarının güler yüzü ve ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle Mustafa Bey’e selamlarımızı ile**ek isteriz. Herşey beklediğimiz gibiydi, mutlaka tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

This is basically the worst hotel I stay during the whole trip in turkiye. The man at the reception don't offer any help with your luggages when you check in and out, what he interested only try to sell you the boat trip but when you don't take out his offer you can feel the unhappiness during your stay. Most of the staff except one, they wouldn't smile back to you, when I ask the man at reception why? His reply is they are to tired but every morning a man (believe is the boss) who came for breakfast, you can feel they can serve him with smiling face through out the breakfast. No bottle water provide in the room you have to buy yourself, when I arrived that reception offer me a coffee than claims that it's cost 2 USD.
