Hotel Greenland - All Inclusive

It was fantastic and we got a very nice experience

We travelled to Greenland hotel for our honeymoon had wine and fruit left in our room as well as petals on the bed a really nice touch. The hotel itself is lovely staff are helpful but unobtrusive plenty of sun loungers and activities put on during the day even in October food was beautiful and varied well cooked and plentiful. This is a place I would definitely go to again. The only slight disadvantage is it’s all on a hill so if you mobility issues this maybe isn’t the resort for you.

A lovely small hotel. The grounds are kept well. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing and the restaurant set up was not great like queuing gor school dinners and extremely cramped. The rooms are outdated and tiny and very dark.

We all enjoyed our holiday at the Hotel Greenland! A small hotel with wonderful views of the mountains. Incredibly helpful and hardworking staff, always happy to help. The food was good, something for everyone. A show was put on each evening which was great. My son and husband particularly enjoyed taking part in the sports activities during the day. We will be returning.

The hotel is on a mountain, there is nothing around but they offer a free shuttle. Hotel itself is lovely the food was ok typical all-inclusive. But no kids menu staff are amazing and will do anything to help you. We only used the quiet pool which was lovely can’t comment on the other but everyone looked happy. The entertainment was ok better some nights than others. Drinks were ok. Rooms were lovely we had the delux which is bigger. The grounds are lovely and it’s so easy to get around on the bus and cheap

Lovely hotel but needs a refurb, upgraded room as double standard to small for us for 10 nights. The deluxe family rooms are a fab size with 2 large sofabeds TV with separate king-size large bed with TV plenty of storage only problem was the steep hill which could be difficult or impossible for some. Toiletries provided but still took own, rooms, towels etc very clean. Some staff looked like they didn't want to be there as they did as little as possible & on mobiles young lady at the bottom bar was very ignorant & didn't smile at all drinks are good food repetitive not always hot/warn breakfast waited forever for the egg station 😉. Entertainment. We watched 2 shows which was excellent we did venture out on a few occasions & missed the singer. Joined Hassans boat trip that was fantastic. Unfortunately we wouldn't return as its too out of the way but good for dolmus/taxi or free shuttle bus from hotel. We paid 200.00 upgrade & heard from a few people they received free upgrades obviously annoyed at this but reception advised no free upgrades had been granted!! Reception staff are amazing Lovely helpful people though & was really pleased we upgraded.

I recently stayed at Greenland hotel for 10 days and had an overall amazing experience. While the room wasn't modern, it was clean and acceptable. One issue I had was that the HDMI on the TV was at the back instead of on the side, which made it impossible for me to use my firestick. However, the room did come with a fridge supplied with a large bottle of water that was replenished daily. The water pressure in the sink was quite terrible, but the shower made up for it as it had great water pressure. The cleaners at the hotel were excellent and provided a perfect service daily. They were very polite and even insisted on waiting at the stairs until the guests passed. The wifi at Greenland hotel was excellent and available everywhere on the hotel grounds. The speed was around 70mbs, which was impressive. The food at the hotel was amazing, though there was a bit of a letdown when it came to breakfast. There wasn't a lot of choice, with no sausage or bacon available. However, they did have omelettes every morning as a good alternative. The quality of the local beer (Efes) local spirits and cocktails at the bar were great, and all the staff members were helpful and friendly, except from the girl that worked during the day at the bottom pool bar. She was not interested in customer service and customer happiness and did as little as possible for customers. This would be hard to spot for managers to be fair, unless being served. The pools and pool area at Greenland hotel were clean and well kept. The hotel also provided towels, which was an appreciated and a convenient service. However, the drink stations that supplied tea and coffee needed attention. They were often dirty and lacked enough cups and tea bags. What impressed me the most about Greenland hotel was the guests. About 90% of them were British and to my delight, I never came across a rude person during my stay. Usually, on holiday, there is always someone who pushes in at dinner or annoys me in some way, but this didn't happen at all. It was the first time ever that I experienced such a pleasant atmosphere on holiday. Many of the guests I talked to were repeat guests who had stayed at the hotel before. Overall, I am really impressed with Hotel Greenland and I had never thought of returning to the same hotel before, but I will definitely consider returning to this one. The cleanliness, friendly staff (aside from one exception), excellent wifi, and amazing food made my stay enjoyable.

We had been to greenlands in 2017 and really enjoyed ourselves so much so that we decided to try them again for a short break in September of this year 2023 ,We arrived after a long and delayed flight at 0330am very nice looking reception and helpful staff ,We just wanted to get some sleep was shown to room 114 😠😠 ,We unpacked and a quick look around the room, sort of looked okay ! The room was small not much storage space the safe was fixed to the floor at the bottom of the wardrobe this made it impossible to use the bathroom ceiling had obviously been very mouldy and sort of been cleaned ,the room never looked clean the whole week we found we had climbed into bed under the duvet cover and we were sleeping on the top sheet ( at the end of the week we were thankful we decided to leave it that way) We both had a few bites but hadn't seen any mosquitos and we couldn't work out where we were being bitten ,It wasn't until we got home and did a comparison of different bites and speaking to our local chemist we had been bitten by Bed bugs 😠😠 ,With hindsight maybe we should have asked to be moved but you don't live in the room and we had unpacked and we were only there for a week ,The hotel itself is in a lovely location the staff are all very friendly the food was 👌 with plenty of choice and there are some lovely rooms to be had
