1.the internet can't connect because room far from router😂
2.Women reception no help
3.I stay 3 days but housekeeper didn't clean my room after I come back at . 6:00 p.m. then I called to the reception she didn't want to change my room but it dirty.
4.If you stay more1 day they will give you water only first day reception said after I ask her for water.

Stayed for 1 night and was enough, room nothing like the pictures ònline, very noisy all night with shouting and doors slamming , we couldn't use pool area as couldn't take own drinks and small beer was 180tl so we couldn't afford, balcony was too small to sit on , but the breakfast was lovely.

We got a ‘cheap & cheerful’ last minute was not disappointed At the top of the main shopping ***** Rooms - we got a standard, but could’ve upgraded - standard room absolutely dead on / room 505 Not facing pool & bit of road noise but for £50 b&b for a night - come up absolutely smacker deal !!! Staff amazing, food choice amazing Jazz night on wed fantastic Love love love

The hotel is very nice and clean. Gardens are beautiful and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent. The staff all very helpful. The cocktails also went down well. The restaurant staff and the food are excellent. I can recommend this hotel and staff.

Lovely hotel. The Swimming pool is stunning. I love the greenery around the hotel. It’s very secluded and private. The room was very clean and cute little balcony. We had two very special guests (cats) that made our stay even better . The staff are so friendly and chatty . On out second to last night I have one of the best steaks I have had in a long time !! Начну с хорошего, это территория отеля. Действительно очень зеленая и уютная. Но не все могут ей насладиться. С балкона нашего номера открывался потрясающий вид на заднюю стену кухни соседнего отеля. Никакие просьбы в разных вариантах нам не помогли, предложили 2 номера еще хуже. В отеле есть полуподвальные номера ( их несколько), окно находится на уровне земли и еще конура около лестницы с бойницей вместо окна. Совершенно не понятно зачем в отеле вообще существуют такие номера, но уж если они есть, то они никак не могут стоить как полноценный номер. Мы заплатили за 8 ночей в стандартном двухместном номере с балконом, а получили балкон в стену. Рядом с нами было еще 5 таких же номеров и они были заселены. Периодически включалась вентиляция кухни, а по утрам мы точно знали что сегодня жарят на завтрак в соседнем отеле. Теперь про завтраки, первые 3 дня было еще терпимо, дальше хуже. Никакой традиционной турецкой выпечки нет, совсем. Кто-то писал про круассаны в июне, видимо к октябрю они закончились. Только куски хлеба белого и серого. Были попытки приготовить кашу, видимо. Самый удачный вариант - геркулес залитый горячим молоком. Манная каша - сообщество слипшихся комков. Кукуруза плавающая в молоке удивляла нас два дня подряд, видимо ждала своего почитателя. В интернете точно есть рецепт приготовления простейшей каши. Зачем это все? Вкусным был чай и кофе ничего. Скрашивали все это безобразие милые коты, видимо только они едят эту колбасу. Даже боюсь представить, что предлагают в этом отеле на ужин.

Very friendly staff , well maintained. like one big family with all other guests. Entertainment very good. Need an update regarding restaurant IE bread and toaster should be together rather than opposite sides of restaurant, would be better to have sliced bread due to hygiene for toast , running out of cutlery very often and having to wait for it and your food is going cold. But all in all we had an amazing holiday, and already booked for may 2024 , can't wait to see all the amazing ( Kermit) . PS cakes are amazing kev & Jen xx

The warmest welcome and staff extremely friendly. Even a lovely good morning from our cleaner. Room we had was great, cleaned to a good standard. Pool area was nice and the towels to go over the cushions were a must in the heat. The food was nice there and the entertainment of an evening was of a good standard. We had no complaints at all about our stay. So much so we’re returning next September. Nice little hotel

We had walked passed the hotel literally 100’s of times over the past 12 past stays in Oludeniz and overlooked the option of staying here. We read the reviews, which were mixed but so pleased we made the decision to book for a weeks stay B&B. The welcome we received at arriving was warm, informative and so swift. Shown to our room, which was a pool room on the ground floor. It was huge, a king size bed, large room. Yes the shower was basic, but perfect and very clean. All the staff were attentive, friendly and made our visit so relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast was good and plenty of selection with the addition of freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. The pool is beautiful, made special by the large comfortable beds and staff to bring you drinks. Definitely be booking to stay again
