The reception staff at the entrance was ignorant and demanded a cash fee from us, even though our card was extended. We checked in around 10 in the evening and were not given any information about the hotel, nor were we given breakfast hours. I went downstairs for breakfast at 10:30 in the morning, and the person on duty said to me, "Let's look at the time, it's 10:31, it's 1 minute late. You missed breakfast, it was between 8:30 and 10:30, we collected the ingredients, we have our own work to do, you can't have breakfast." We paid 400 TL, it is truly the worst hotel experience you can get for 400 TL. I called the hotel's official, but I couldn't reach him on the phone either. The boy at the entrance is trying to get things going for the hotel, from registration to reception to breakfast. An environment that makes you feel worthless
