El hotel es limpio, relación calidad precio normal, el servicio de restauración y sobre todo desayuno podría mejorar con un poco de esfuerzo, sirve para un par de noches... No más. El baño no dispone de una sola percha ni nada para apoyar el necesito.

La categoría de hotel es demasiado. Las habitaciones antiguas, entra frío por las ventanas, no están insonorizadas, la calefacción mucho ruido y prácticamente no calienta nada, cama muy incómoda. Aseo normal. Personal amable, y desayuno bueno (continental).

Despues de esperar hora y media para la comida dimos la primera queja y la respuesta fue rotunda... ¡dejenos trabajar!, no se escucha al cliente, es una pena, porque la comida nos pareció buena y bien de precio, pero el trato al cliente es pésimo.... al final tuvimos que poner varias hojas de reclamaciones porque varias personas nos marchamos sin comer tras mas de 2 horas y media de espera y al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones la situación se disparó, el trato al cliente debe ser prioritario para un servicio de hosteleria, mediar e intentar resolver sin culpar al cliente de la demora. Muy mala experiencia, una lástima. Espero de corazón que reflexionen y pongan de su parte para mejorar en ese sentido.

A very nice place and the staff was very good. I think our room was not one of the remodeled rooms as shown on ********** website. Never the less, we enjoyed our stay. The only recommendation is a more comfortable bed.

Staff were helpful if asked, though they dont speak English and our Spanish is limited.
Try and speak to Meribel, she is an English speaker and will go out of her way to help and advise, even saying to ringvand ask if you need anything after leaving
