It was disappointing that the two week long stays the laundry facilities were not working and there was no options. I don't drive so walking with laundry to another place to do laundry for 2 - 3 weeks wasn't an option.

This is a very good hotel for couple or families. It’s clean, basic but rooms are fine, FREE PARKING, and a pretty good breakfast (including scrambled eggs, waffle maker, yoghurt, oatmeal, coffee—albeit kinda wea—and some eh pastries). Most of all a really great staff, especially JESSICA, at the front desk, who is always helpful and friendly to all guests. She was marvelous to us when we encountered a problem because a relative is in the hospital with a serious health problem. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

We enjoyed the hotel. Nice dinner in the bar. Decent breakfast (for pay). The staff treated us well. I guess that the hotel has recently been updated. They did well. I think the shower door in our room was installed backwards.

It’s a very and comfortable hotel. I believe it’s from the 1990s originally. The beds are comfortable. The staff gives guests in the lobby a hot chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon. They have a nice lobby with a bar and a fireplace. It’s well located near everything in downtown Olympia in terms of walking distance. When I had a sudden death in my family and had to leave, they only charged me for the 1 night out of my intended stay of 3 days. That was very kind and compassionate of them to do. I recommend this hotel.

This new hotel is really nice, but the loud old-fashioned heater in the room ruined our sleep!
