In one word, our stay was amazing! The hotel is modern, well kept, sparkling clean, and with a wonderful spa. But what we appreciated the most was the extremely friendly and capable staff. They are not only very good professionals but good people as well, always with a friendly smile and ready to go the extra mile to help. The property was very clean and spacious and in a great location, venue and customer service!. The staff is amazing and the hotel is well equipped and comfortable. Since we are religious Jewish we couldn’t eat so the friendly and kind staff packed for us fresh vegetables, fruits and boiled eggs, They went above and beyond to address our needs and we really appreciate their efforts, Everything was clean and it smelled like they had just sanitized everything just before we got there. It was in walking distance to the beach and other places. This was definitely a home away from home! Very easy to check in and out. Loved being able to communicate with staff. We will most DEFINITELY book again!!!.

Nice hotel!good facilities with good breakfast room and average pool (regional Lucia marbles need a change).good location 10 min walk from the beach easy parking!very good service at the reception and very kind staff.it took a while to see you early morning service at the pool! The rooms are very nice, big bed, massive doors and very good mattress! Spotlessly clean toilets with very good quality materials! In general, a very good choice... if you don't need to eat at their buffets! we were in the high season August and unfortunately the breakfasts and dinners were below average, I understand the cost but it's better if they only have breakfast and take better care of it.. (stumpos cake cut into slices like bacon, puff pastry as if they had been baked 2 days before, poor quality bread! why not dinner i will just speak a person who has been to 4 5 all inculisve would put an ace like a buffet kitchen! raise the price a bit and help the kitchen it's a shame such quality in such a good hotel!! also don't charge for the water in the evening meal... we were stunned to pay one euro for a bottle of water..open the post mix of the mornings and give free water too..it is not allowed...a big thumbs up to the reception to the man who maintains the pool...and if you can be more strict on the dips that take place in the pool... so strict enough to remain covid free their big positive
