Check-in was efficient and courteous. Room was nice and you can't beat the location. Underground parking ='d a major plus. Had a bizarre checkout, though. The desk representative said he couldn't email my folio b/c I booked through *******. I explained that I booked through Capital One Travel. He informed ... "No - you booked through *******." (Huh?) I explained I didn't but could he just email it to me? He said because it was a 3rd party reservation he couldn't ... "We don't do it that way here." I've never had this issue. Every other hotel I've ever booked through Capital One happily just emailed it to me. So, I asked him to print it out, took a photo and emailed it to myself. Nbd - he might need better training. Just an odd ending to an otherwise pleasant stay at a nice hotel.
