Lovely hotel. My repeat stay as it is perfect for families and very clean and beautiful. Lots of facilities and really near to Palisades Tahoe. Stayed in early april 2023 and there was still snow everywhere, the ice skating rink was closed but the pool was open! Lots of families using the pool and having a great time. Nice well equipped gym too. Would stay here again (next time with my swimsuit)!!! Parking was also easy. Self park is cheaper than valet and its not faraway anyway so we self parked.

A very freehand resort hotel, golf⛳, hiking, swimming, fitness are all available in the hotel, enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery at sunset, tasting the special California red wine 🍷, leisure.

Overall the hotel was nice, with lovely views of the mountains (from one side of the hotel). But I was very disappointed in the customer service - I had a problem I reported to the front desk and was supposed to hear from a manager. But after raising the issue 3 times with the front desk staff, who kept promising a manager would contact me, I heard nothing. I expected far better from a nice hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and the natural beauty surrounding it. The staff were attentive to my needs. The pool and spa area was nice. The service at Sandy's was good as well - friendly and wonderful folks! It's a bit of a drive if flying into it from Reno but worth it:)

Thank you for your heart and service! Came for a business leadership summit and the staff were so resourceful and friendly. I arrived early but the front desk Manager, Mahesh, was able to check me into one of the best rooms. When he heard that I might have to change my room reservation because I may have to fly out a day earlier, he provided information for how I can make sure that gets taken care of after I confirmed my flight. When I came back the next day, he was away but then Cynthia took care of me. Turns out she also was the one who helped with my luggage later that week for check out (she remembered me). That was also when I misplaced my phone. Cynthia helped me retrace my steps, check the room, call room service, front desk, etc and went way beyond to support me. Turns out I had left it on one of the counters in front of the elevator and someone had returned it to our lobby desk. I know my situation was a bit specific but if it gives you any indication of my experience with their service, it was top notch. The SUV/shuttle driver (Edgar) to the airpot was also so proactive and professional (ViP service). Thank you thank you for creating a wondering time in Reno!

I loved the access to the ski lift. Check in was stressful. Valet parking staff was aggressive and poor communicators. We were put on the floor of a wedding party with a ton of kids that were running in the hallway and kids next to us crying incessantly. The hotel had plenty of space to put us in a different room and/or floor, which they offered when I called and asked them that in the future they are mindful where they place singles and couples. At that point they offered a different room but it was our last night, so we declined. We met other guests who had the same experience.

We booked our 3 days 2 night stay with 2 adults and 2 young toddlers around ***** New Year. The resort was clean and provided enough amenities for our short stay. There were enough restaurants options on site. Sandy’s pub and Cascades did not disappoint. Mostly friendly staff there, except for the front desk young lady who checked us, she didn’t seem happy to check us in. The game room was a bit disappointing and the game corn hole was somewhat broken. Friday evening we tried to use the hot tub. All 3 of them were super packed so we had to return to our hotel room. My recommendation is to have people who want to work there to check in people because that really gave us a bad impression upon visit. And upgrade and add more game options in the game room. Adding more hot tubs on site and/ or provide similar options for busy evenings.

Great place to stay. Great helpful staff. Only thing I thought was tacky was the $65.00/night parking fee on my final bill. Paid a premium price, include it in my stay, charge me more per night. Just seemed a little tick tacky when I reviewed my final bill after a nice stay

Kimball at the concierge and Cynthia Abi-Fadel from guest experience was amazing. The professionalism these two ladies have is out of this world. Hard to find great customer service nowadays. Thank you so much, I will definitely be coming back!!!
