The hotel room is spacious, has a kitchen, and the bathroom has been renovated and has good sanitary facilities. The breakfast is average. To park, you have to park in the paid parking lot next to it. It costs 10 dollars to stay overnight.

I stayed here this past week on business. The hotel is very interesting since it's the old federal building. It's in a very good location. Feels very safe. Easy to get to with the freeway close by. Parking is $15 per day and it's right across the street. The room was very nice with everything a Residence Inn always provides. If your a light sleeper, this may not be for you since there is some road noise from the downtown streets. I went down for breakfast one day, after that, I just made my self breakfast in the room. I would stay here again.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the room did NOT look like the picture on the site and the breakfast was not the best.
It was just not what we expected.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October whilst we were visiting our daughter who is studying at Creighton University. The hotel is lovely nice outdoor seating area - breakfast was fantastic great set up for the day. Utility room for washing was very handy on a longer stay.
Room was very comfortable - work area - couch and bed area were of good size - bathroom very nice with great sized shower. Very handy kitchen full sized fridge 0 and hob to prepare basic meals very useful.
Nice and close to Old Market and Downtown with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Close to several of Omaha's theatres and the fantastic park.
Hotel runs a complimentary mini bus shuttle service within a 3 mile radius from the hotel - great perk.

I came to Omaha for a conference and stayed here to save some money. Boy, am I glad I did. The room was very comfortable, the daily breakfast was satisfying, and the location was great. Easy walks to the Market District, Convention center, the river, and the baseball park. The free local shuttle service was another nice bonus. We definitely made use of it. If I ever need to make use of a hotel in Omaha again, this will be my choice.
