I didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned

Service was great. Sofa and chairs a bit warn. Kitchen very clean. Breakfast just fine.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Will stay there again.

Great loved the king loft

We liked the location as it was close to our son whom we were visiting. However, the furniture was uncomfortable and was stained so badly it should have been replaced. The nonslip surface of the tub was completely worn off and unfortunately became very dangerous as my wife slipped on it and fell onto the toilet which was less than a foot from the tub. She broke the toilet and was injured/badly bruised in the process. Also the safety bar in the tub was smooth and slippery.

This is a really nice and comfortable place to stay. Its really nice of them to provide the rooms with the basic cooking utensils and appliances you need to cook a meal. And the bathrooms are great. Their breakfast is a good selection. The staff is super sweet and kind. They make it easy to check in. Kind of feels like a home.

We didn’t stay at this hotel. The room was deplorable. Door latch was broken, looked like blood stains on the carpet, the room was not clean (ie: floors, tables, walls, baseboards) just didn’t look like it had been wiped clean in months. The vehicles in the parking lot were not the best. Some had their windows broken. Did not feel like a safe environment for my family. Especially when we are traveling with my 11 month old. Checked out after 10 minutes of getting the room. The hotel still charged me for the weekend when we didn’t even stay there. This hotel should be removed from your website.

This hotel was very nice and in a nice location. All the staff were kind and friendly, as well as some of the other guests staying there. The rooms are a pretty good size and are easy to live in for an extended stay. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby, including an urgent care and a pharmacy which we had to utilize. Its right by the Orbit bus route which makes it in an excellent location for those staying without cars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again. :)

They called me 30 minutes before I was going to check in to tell me that they had given my room away and they were full. Very classless, and I will never stay there.

The owner checked us in and since we were only staying one night, he didn’t change us an incidental fee and even gave us a better rate. Definitely would stay again.

The photos of this property are not representative of what you’ll expect to see. I was give a room in building #5, that was located at the back of the property. Just pulling into a space I could see trash and broken glass in the parking lot. The room looked like it had not been deep cleaned in a while. I had requested a second room closer to the front of the property. This room was also dirty. There was hair in the bed and I found a dried up contact lens when I pulled the sheets back. There was a bar lock on the front door that looks like it have been removed and reinstalled in several places. The gal at the front desk seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to complete my reserved stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

Customer service was amazing! Breakfast was ideal and the room is perfect for overnight or short term living! Please check it out. Overall, outstanding hospitality and 5 stars!

Would not let me check in even though I was 21. Claimed they had trouble a month ago regarding underage check-in and now won’t let you check in even if you’re of age (are they allowed to do this?). There is no where to inform clients of this change and they force you to cancel your reservation at the counter. I had to mention military affiliation in order for them to let me check in. When I entered the room it smelled of smoke (they claimed it was a smoke-free room). The front desk apologized and said they would send a maid to “clean” the room due to there being no other available rooms. When it was ready we drove back to the room and the smell of febreeze was excessively strong. It was as if a smoker was trying to cover up their smell.. nasty. We ultimately ended up getting a refund -of which you only get partial payments for each day you had reserved- (ex. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and only initially got refunded for 1 night. Then we would get refunded for the second night the next day.) To top it off, they were making a younger couple cancel their reservation as I was leaving. If everything had worked out the way it was supposed to, it would have been a nice place to stay. Disappointing.

At check-in I was met with a crass staff member that was uninterested in helping out with a request. The door to the room would not latch properly. Parking lot was just big enough for most vehicles, but not overly convenient. The breakfast was okay, decent options but not enough for all of the guests. Also noticed staff members eating the breakfast taking away from guests.
