there was some remodeling taking place, tv remote3 was missing and when retreived only part of it worked, average overall nothing terrible

Good weekend stay with an upcoming downtown area. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. They are doing updating on the hotel lobby currently but that doesn't affect your stay.

Very convenient location to see a concert at the Slowdown. Nice sized rooms. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Parking was $10 via QR code in the lot next to the hotel. Good selection of food items in the lobby cafe store for late night snacking. (Very overpriced but you pay for the convenience.). I enjoyed having the separate living room and kitchen from the bedroom. Only complaints were not enough hooks/towel rods to hang bath towels and there were not really any flat areas to lay out items (except around the tv on the dresser) or on the kitchen table so that would be problematic if you like to lay your stuff out. Only one sink in the bathroom and not a lot of vanity space. Not a huge issue for one person/one night but others might care. Walking distance to several bars/restaurants and right across from the baseball stadium.

Room 203:
Pros: convenient location to my event. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Kitchen area was useful and seemed clean.
Cons: Neither TV worked. Phone by bed was very dusty with wrong room number on it. Stains on carpet. Tiny Hairs everywhere in bathroom. Torn fabric on couch. Terrible maintenance. Door poorly patched. Entire bathroom area is a huge fail.
I was only here for a single, short night and caught a plane out next day. I would not recommend this location for anything longer than that. It’s unfortunate that some areas are in such disrepair and poorly cleaned because the suite setup would be very nice otherwise.

They gave my room away without informing me at all. I arrive to hotel on probably the coldest day Omaha had to have no room! It was horrible

We went here for a little get away for our family! It was a great time. Thanks to CHRISTIAN he was so helpful in every way!!! Our keys weren’t working he fixed it, we had another issue he took care of it! He was up front and available! He was great! Can’t wait to go back! We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was great. Very spacious and very open! We are so excited we found our new home away from home! THE PRICE WE GOT WAS GREAT ALSO! Hotel was clean and pool was great for the kids and very clean environment!

Overall, it was a good trip. We arrived late in the evening so the doors were locked for safety. I appreciated that they took the extra effort. However, we must have arrived at break time as it took a good 15 minutes to get someone to open the door to check us in.

Wow. I am not even sure how to start this, never have I ever been lied to about amenities. This was a first. This one looked like it had everything we were looking for so I called to ensure it did. Specifically ASKED if it had a hot tub, pool, breakfast, complimentary drink time, and about the 2 bedroom suite. I did not think I would have to ASK if the hot tub is a working hot tub. It's been closed for months I was informed when I checked us in. Pool area was closed but they did offer usage of the pool across the street at a different hotel. Which is extremely inconvenient taking three small children to a different location to swim in a small pool now being used by two hotels. Then bring them back wet through the cold. Also, not close to Old Market. Change your information on the website and don't lie to people who call for information. Extremely upset we spent so much time researching only to find out we had been cheated because you didn't want to lose business. Will be writing more reviews to warn families about how you conduct business. Also, key cards malfunction and refused to give us extra blankets.
