The staff was wonderful and the room was so clean! The pool was also a huge hit for the whole family! We will most definitely be staying again in the future.

I recently checked in to the Marriott hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. This hotel seems to be new and lavishly constructed and decorated. However, the staff is not well trained. I do not believe them to be graduates hotel management, as I was checking in. I waited approximately 20 minutes as I was goingto to the counter Person at the counter let someone who just started waiting ahead of me after I checked in. I went to my room. The Wi-Fi did not work. I have had to call the front desk at which point the person gave me wrong information although later did ,I would not recommend the Marriott hotel in Omaha Nebraska to anyone. It seems to be extremely sub par and The employees are not trained.

As an Ambassador Elite, I was quite disappointed in my recent stay at this Marriott. If you are a business traveler, you may want to consider another location. This hotel does not have a Concierge Lounge and does not offer free bottled water as I am accustomed to receiving. I've had to buy bottled water each day. It's an old hotel and the air conditioning is sub-par. Our room never did completely cool during our stay. The hallways and entry area to our floor were cooler than our room. This hotel runs more like a Fairfield Inn and Suites than an upscale hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful which made the stay okay. Our son is moving here in the next few weeks and we will be looking for a different Marriott brand at which to stay.

Surrounded by parking lots, so lots of parking but little greenery. A Whole Foods store within walking distance was a big bonus, with a great deli. It's a convenient location to hop on the interstate or Dodge St. to many locations in Omaha. A car is necessary.
