The location was perfect for me and the hotel was very clean. The amenities were plentiful and the staff were very helpful. It's expensive though ^_^💧

Terrible internet connection. If you are going to stay there on business…don’t. Mentioned the problem to front desk. They contacted IT but no one came. No place to grab a sandwich or other sundry items. Restaurant was not open until dinnertime. Had to walk downtown to get something. Vending machine on the 4th floor did not work. No one around to ask. The painted blue wall behind the bed headboard was very dusty. This could be a great hotel if management company made some updates.

We loved our stay at The Magnolia Hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and historic and it’s close to everything in downtown Omaha. The price and value is also excellent, with onsite convenient parking out back. It was our first time to downtown Omaha and we wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay at the Magnolia Hotel.

The property has a unique 20’s period feel. The restaurant is an easy and friendly area to gather with friends and have fun conversations. The staff friendly and efficient. The food is fine.
