Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

The room should not have been rented. The door had to be body slammed to open because the latch on the door was damaged. Hallways leading to the room were not finished. Spackel was smeared on the walls and left without paint.
Our room carpeting was dirty and had dog poo pushed into the carpet near the bed. The room smelled musty and dirty. Our air conditioner was loud and vibrated.
The manager that assigned the room was not friendly.
The pub attached to the hotel was dirty and the service was very slow. The food was very expensive.
I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property is in heavy need of maintenance all around the property. In the morning our room had no hot water. When we told staff, No concern whatsoever. Will never stay at this property again.

Good value for the price, pet friendly, fresh breakfast. Nice clean comfy room. Would stay again when back in the area. Within 10 mins of NE Medical Center.

only one of three elevators were working. We were on the 9th floor. Room cigarette smoke, no refrigerator or microwave. Will not stay there again

It was comfortable for the price. The elevators were real slow on the weekend and the shower didn't drain very well.
