The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The cozy beds made for a great night’s sleep, and the overall ambiance was inviting. The staff at Horizon Inn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. Their dedication truly stood out.

First of all, the majority of reviews across this site are extremely negative for most properties! After staying at the Comfort Suites Omaha, I can say our experience was inconsistent with most of them. We spent two nights at an expensive hotel downtown, and one night here when the work on our house wasn’t done yet. Based on reviews, I was uncertain- but we had a great experience! Free parking, free hot breakfast, and a heated indoor pool (unlike the ice-cold one at the luxury hotel)- all for under 1/3 of the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the clerk was friendly. I’m not sure what else you’d need?

The night shift crew has nice customer service.
Their rooms are so dusty and the cleaners won’t remember to put in toilet paper . I had to walk back and ask.

My husband and I were here for a short three day stay. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little firm which took a bit to adjust to. Pretty nice pillows and a nice comforter. The TV remote needed batteries. The breakfast is a nice amenity. Nice for the price, Would recommend this hotel.

Not fancy but acceptable. It is conveniently located for our travels. Clean and the bed was quite comfortable. TV reception wasn’t very good however. A little dated perhaps but ok. The staff were willing to assist as expected. Very good place to stay. I would recommend.
