I really enjoyed everything about the Hyatt in Omaha! The motel is new and clean. The staff is pleasant and responsive.

We had a pleasant stay in April 2024. We stay here often. It's very convenient to the Orpheum and a longer walk to CHI Center. Breakfast was plentiful, coffee good

I loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, attractions and stores. The staff was very nice and helped with arranging a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was wonderful too. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many interesting/fun things to do in Omaha and this hotel made it convenient to explore it all. I'll be back.

We only had our room serviced once in the four days we were there. When we arrived, the sink in our bathroom was clogged and had standing water. The toilet and remote were both dirty. The front desk woman was rude and was too busy reading her book than to be bothered to help.
