It was a fraudulent charge to my card I never booked it nor did I stay there

The conditions of this hotel were deplorable! They hotel is under construction. Our room had filthy, stains on the carpet. The A/C unit did not work at all. The bathroom was very dirty. We definitely did not enjoy our stay. We checked out the very next morning.

The hotel was generally ok, but was under some remodeling when we visited. We had to "fix" the light panels over our doorway as wires were hanging down. There were no soaps in the room. Otherwise, the room was in decent shape. When it is done, the property should be good. In the moment, you have to take that under advisement. The location is easy to spot, but a little tricky to get to.

Too many reasons to NOT recommend this dump to anyone!! Poor customer service from front desk as no one was hardly there. There was no bar soap in the whole motel for the restroom. Cigarette butts dumped out by entrance. No safe place to go for a tornado. No breakfast was served and let's not forget about the homeless guy sleeping at the bottom of the stairwell!!

Had to give it a one star because zero star was not an option. This Hotel listing on the website is extremely deceiving! One of the dirtiest, stinkiest, and grungiest places I have ever been to! Advertises a pool, hot tub, TV and full breakfast including eggs, waffles, etc. And the hotel advertised that they are doing extra COVID cleaning practices. I am no expert, but if that were true, it wouldn’t be stinky and dirty in the room. As we checked in, we were told , “sorry, the pool and hot tub are not in use”, (walked to the pool and it appeared to be fine to me! Apparently they don’t want to keep it clean so they advertise it’s not in use), the entire lobby and entrance was a mess with plastic on floors, sheet rock dust all over, and the entrance full of dirt. Oh yeah, don’t forget that you will be charged a $100.00 deposit! We asked for what?!! And they had the nerve to tell us in case we smoke in the room or leave it trashy! What a joke! Like they could tell! Oh, and they will put the deposit back into our account in 3-5 days?! We walked up the stairs to our room instead of taking the elevator. The stairways were grossly stained and very dirty. Appears to have not been vacuumed in weeks along with food crumbs all over. And not to mention the fact that the exit doors let you out, but they won’t let you in because the room keys are now a tap over a sensor, and not a “swipe” or “insert” method that is outdated on the exit doors. So, you will have to enter through the lobby every time. They should give us money to stay there!!! We had NO TV, there were batteries laying next to the broken remote. Called main desk twice, no answer at 10:20 and 10:30 pm?! Really?!!! Unacceptable! There were spiders and spider webs in the bathroom along with long black hair! I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my CPAP and the outlet was half exposed and broken and sparked when I plugged it in. I took videos of my room and pictures to show proof. Sending to Wyndham as I’m a Gold member for 10 years and this is not what I’m accustomed to from a Wyndham hotel! Shameful and embarrassing. Never staying here again or recommend it! We arrived an hour past the cancellation deadline, otherwise I was going to search another hotel last minute but I didn’t want to be charged full price! I should have still done it. :( Very Disappointed in Wyndham and their standards regarding this hotel.

The pool was closed with no mention on the website only food available was old donuts, bread with no butter, jam or anything and water

For a higher price than other hotels in the area, the hotel was old and worn. The picture showed a nice new room, our room looked 40 years old. The breakfast was next to nothing.

We had stained pillows, stained ottoman, no soap in the bathroom, a missing ceiling panel in the bathroom, no smoke detector, no tv remote, and a big spider on the wall! Plus the pool and hot tub were shut down. We had no choice but to stay since there was nothing else available.
