Very clean but parking is $15/ day and it is not very quiet. Can hear every door slam and any traffic.

This hotel was amazing the full breakfast every morning was delicious, coffee tea and flavored water along with fresh fruit was available all day in the front lobby. The wine and beer happy hour every night was great! We can't say enough about the shuttle driver Amy she is an angel! She took us anywhere we wanted to go within 5 miles of the hotel which just about covers all the attractions in Omaha and she was a wealth of info about the city she made our trip!! The room had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking with access to a grocery store next to the hotel with everything you would need. Plus a little store in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

Do not recommend at all, if you want to be able to sleep AVOID this hotel, you can hear everything, it might look pretty but the walls are too thin, you can hear all the doors slamming from outside and street noise.

We would not stay here again!!! The location was put of our way. The parking garage (@$15/night) was super inconvenient. The building layout is not ideal. The elevator is at one end of the building. The main lobby/breakfast area was FREEZING So breakfast was COLD! NOT clean! The bathroom floor was filthy! As was the shower! Our TV didn't work and couldn't be fixed. Tons of other places stay elsewhere!

Booked some rooms so we didn't have to drive back to Lincoln after a late concert. Rooms were bright, clean and plenty of amenities. There was a managers reception in the lobby we were not told about. We didn't miss much as there was a sign on the taps letting customers know they had run out....but it would have been nice to know about all guest benefits. Breakfast was great. Staff really working hard to make sure our morning was off to a great start. We made eye contact with the desk staff and asked about our parking ticket. He didn't bother listening to us and just waved us on letting us know we were fine. It wasn't until we checked out and asked if we just showed the ticket to get out the garage....that he decided to pay attention enough to charge us for the parking. It just didn't feel like the front desk staff cared at all. While housekeeping and food service was on their game!!! Thank you to the staff who worked so hard during our visit. The rest of them need to be retrained in customer service.

Have stayed here before but feel it has slipped since the last time we were there. It is starting to show it's age. I do love the layout and amenities in the room. The biggest problem was the temperature control system. The room was really hot but AC was not readily available. You have to call or go to the front desk and ask them to override the system and provide some cooling. I didn't care for that. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Cold and not well maintained. The meat and eggs were so cold we passed and just made a waffle. Next trip to Omaha we will likely look elsewhere.
