We have stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The entire staff was super friendly, helpful and very pleasant to chat with. Talon H in valet was super nice when we ended up checking in at 1am due to a delayed flight. Morgan at the front desk was very accommodating at such a later hour. Gillian in the concierge room was fantastic and super nice. Great job Marriott!

DW in the lounge was great! Very attentive and nice. Hotel is clean and in a great location. Walking to restaurants and park. The gym is spacious and is filled with techno gym machines. Overall, one of the better hotels in Omaha. Highly recommended

I do my absolute best to stay at this hotel over any other in Omaha. No matter what you're here for or what you like to do, Gillian will point you toward something you'll enjoy around town. The hotel itself is close to all sorts of enjoyable attractions within walking and reasonable driving distance, too.

Very nice hotel and great service. The hotel is relatively new, but it feels new because it is well maintained. The location is great and you are right across the street from the CHI Health Center Arena. It’s walking distance to the new ballpark and all that has de lopes in the area. Touon the valet was very helpful even in the super early morning hours!

Talon H. Was so friendly and helpful!! We dropped our legos and left our suitcase in the doorway. He helped us. Our car was pulled up promptly and no issues at all. This was much needed and greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Thank you Talon!

Good night sleep. I got in late after a business dinner but was able to check in quickly. Valet was a great way to go as they took care of my car right away when I arrived. Then I had an early flight and Talon H was reliable and helpful and had my car waiting so I could depart quickly and make my flight. Thank you!

Talon H. is a rare form of professional; for a younger gentleman, he was so respectful, knowledgable about the surrounding area, and courteous. He was able to point my group and I in the right direction for perfect local entertainment, and even volunteered the valet stand’s phone charger for a member of our group who had a low phone battery. If I come back to the Omaha Marriott, I would be elated to see Talon there waiting to greet me.

Brad and Max are super friendly and helpful at the Marriott Capital District Valet. I always stay at the Marriott Capital District Hotel knowing they’ll take great care of my car and me. It’s one less thing I am concerned about when on the road.

Whenever I’m in Omaha, we enjoy this hotel the best. It’s centrally located with various restaurant options about. The hotel has everything you need, well run and well staffed. Marriott is always a good option when we travel. go for the high floors away from the freeway when you get your room. The freeway on the east side can be a bit noisy. Also, if you get into the concierge room for breakfast, DW is the best. Very accommodating and jovial individual.
