Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa localisation et surtout ses services : restaurant, salle de sport, activités diverses et surtout le spa. Nous arrivons et on nous donne les clés de la chambre dans aucun renseignement sur les services et le petit déjeuner. Une fois les valises de posées nous retournons demander des informations et on nous demande d'attendre le lendemain pour les avoir.... Particulier. Le soir venu il n'y a qu'un restaurant d'ouvert et qui ferme a 21h, les autres n'ont ni horaires, ni dates d'ouvertures de marquées. Nul passable avec des rideaux non occultant et une insonorisation misérable (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines). Le lendemain on se renseigne sur la salle de sport (apparemment ouverte mais fermée a clé) et le spa qui ne fonctionne pas temporairement, sans excuse, sans geste commercial .. pour ce qui est de louer un vélo, il faut attendre plus tard pour avoir les renseignements. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement qui a l'air très bien en haute saison (plein hiver et plein été) mais qui réduit au maximum ses services en basse saison.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Troodos. All was clean. Staff were helpful. We had a great view across the mountains from our room. Lovely log fire in the evenings when it was cold. Nice food (not a great deal of choice for vegetarians but OK). Very good breakfast.

I am so sorry that I made the trip to go to such a terrible place… food was microwaved, dirty toilets, even insects walking during our lunch…. Terrible idea to go there… when I complained they even spoke with no respect…stay away from these amateur and disrespectful guys…

Horrible The bed sheets were filthy and the room smelled like rotten mice We went for breakfast and coffee and the staff was very rude and asked us that we have to tip although we didn't have to. I would never recommend anyone to go there my children got both sick the next day and when we called them they said that they don't care and it's not their fault

Περίμενα 40 λεπτά για να μου πάρουν παραγγελία, εξυπηρετούσαν πελάτες μετά από εμένα και όταν εκανα πλεον τον καραγκιόζη και σήματα Μορς, φώναξα την αγενέστατη υπεύθυνη για να διαμαρτυρηθώ, μου επιτέθηκε με απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά με έδιωξε από το κατάστημα. Όταν ζήτησα από μια σερβιτόρα το διευθυντή του καταστήματος μου είπε με τρόπο πως είναι ο σύζυγος της με αποτέλεσμα να περιμένω πολύ ώρα στην ρεσεψιόν. Έπειτα μου είπαν ότι δεν είναι στο ξενοδοχείο και δεν υπήρχε κάποιο άτομο στην υποδοχή. Εικόνα φαινόταν εγκαταλείλημενη. Δείτε τιμές από ένα απλό πιάτο ham&cheese toast. Πρέπει να σταματήσει η λέξη μονοπώλιο. Να σημειωθεί ότι το μαγαζί δεν ήταν γεμάτο.

The rooms are very old, the elevator is so tiny and old , I wasn’t sure if it was safe, the rooms has heating but you can adjust it is the same heat for all the hotel and they have it so high that becomes like a sauna, the food was horrible and at the bar and at the restaurant we didn’t manage to eat nothing from the buffet not even the salads and we had to pay extra for a burger and pasta with chicken but those were expensive and we didn’t ate them as well the chips with the burger was brownish but uncooked because of the so many times that the oil was used . I can understand that no one would like to work up there because is far away that’s why they bring staff from Philippines, Nebal ,Pakistan and other countries but there unprofessional and they don’t pay any attention to the quality. I will definitely not come back again
