Room is clean and spacious except the carpet looks worn out. Breakfast was either typical Japanese or Western, nothing to wow about. Interestingly the room doesn't comes with free bottled water, no power socket near the beds and no luggage stand. There is DIY laundry on the ground floor but feel kinda of eerie doing my laundry there but good thing is the washing machine and dryer are separate so clothes are much drier than those washing machine with dryer feature. For the price I paid, might not consider for my next trip.

Since I was staying without meals, the room was very clean.
I was just a little concerned about the carpet in the hallway.
I would also like to use it if I have the opportunity.

There are many shops nearby and it's convenient, and the location is great as you can see the river and ocean from the window. I want to go again next year.

I was able to relax in a comfortable room. After checking out, I was able to comfortably store my luggage until my flight.
We had small children with us for breakfast, so we were grateful for the setting so that we could enjoy our meal without inconveniencing others.
The reason I reduced one service was because I couldn't find any information on the website or reservation site that dinner must be reserved at least two days in advance.
I had planned to eat at the hotel, so if I had known that, I would have been able to prepare accordingly...
However, they told me about delicious restaurants nearby, so there were no inconveniences. I would like to stay again.

******* and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge.
