Booked a room for my sister during her holiday visit at the Onalaska Microtel based off a previous excellent experience my husband and I had at a Microtel in Salt Lake City; the Onalaska location did not disappoint! My sister commented several times to us about how comfy the bed was, how considerate the staff was, and the convenience of staying there. I'm super happy to have this location now as my go-to recommendation when family comes to visit. Extremely pleased!!!

Room smells. Carpet dirty. Shower head just hung to shower floor. It had no where to hang up
