We love staying here. Comfortable, great atmosphere, quiet, cozy. Absolutely love the hot tub. Only wish the shower water was warmer. Can't get a hot shower, just warm, kinda.

Terrible- the major reason we booked this hotel along with our extended family (8 separate groups) was for the pool. The pool was available upon booking, but "closed" for our stay. Extremely frustrating when traveling as a group for this reason.

My favorite place to stay when in Lacrosse. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are always accommodating and go above and beyond!! They truly make me feel like family. The rooms are wonderful. Spacious and great views! Having a hot tub in the room is a huge plus! Highly recommend!

The pool and hot tub area was awesome. There are several sitting areas throughout the hotel on every floor, which was really great as we were traveling with other families. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed here a couple times prior to this one and it has always been a good experience. The staff is very friendly and always professional. Our room was upgraded and very nice.
My only complaint is NOT the fault of the hotel, but is the fault of parents. There were several young (under 15 years old) boys (hockey teams according to the signs) and they let doors slam every time they left their rooms. It was ridiculous. They were constantly (even at 7 a.m.) running up and down the halls. The children also knocked on our door SEVERALtimes. It would have been nice if their parents would've explained shutting a door quietly and how to walk in the hallway. This being said, I too am a parent and I am guessing it's normal for the parents to hang out at the pool area or all in one room and they may not even notice the door slamming because they are used to it. I am adding this to my review in hopes that another parent may see it and take this as a kind reminder to be alert of your children's behavior. I will again say that this was not the fault of the hotel.

We are bummed about our stay at Stoney Creek. I remember coming here as a kid and it seems that it hasn’t had any updates since then. The shower was plugged likely with hair, our room smelled like someone’s leftovers, the lighting was terrible (small countertop space). When we first checked in we waited over 10 minutes for somebody to come to the desk, they also gave us free drink tokens upon our stay and we were unable to use them because the bar closed over an hour early the night we went. Breakfast was average.
