Stayed here for one night while going to the ******. Definitely needs some attention. The vent in the bathroom was absolutely filthy. Also, did not notice it until the morning of check out but we had a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector. Pretty sure that is a big fire code violation. After bringing it to the manager's attention all they had to say was "Thank you for letting us know". Wow. ****** is nice but do yourself a favor and book a room somewhere else.

Everything would have been fine but the floors in the bathroom and in the room were clearly not vacuumed… we were not happy at to how we paid good money for a ****** night for my birthday getaway

We had a piece of. Wood under the toilet so it wouldn’t rock. Vending machines either didn’t work or were out of product. Beds were comfortable.

My wife and kids stayed here for a hockey tournament in Utica. The room was quite small and the beds were twin sized beds. It didn’t meet expectations. It cannot accommodate 4 people.

This hotel is like stepping back in time. Very dated rooms and they could definitely use some upgrades.
