Host was very communicative and available before and during stay. COVID protocols limited local restaurant options during our stay, but there are several nearby. There is a Lawsons bodega, convenience store within 5 mins walk as a nice back-up plan. Otherwise, the room was cozy, convenient, and clean. We initially thought road noise might be an issue due to proximity to the roadway -- but had no issues with it. We checked in with no contact with staff. The room had a very nice bathroom with a great shower, and it also had a little kitchenette. We didn't use it, but it looked nice and functional. It also had two twin size beds and good climate control. I recommend.

It is a three-story condominium along the road. Stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4. I would say the size is normal. Refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils are all provided. There is a BBQ facility that can be used freely. There is no supermarket nearby, so shopping may be inconvenient, but there is a Lawson within a 5-minute walk. The beach is also within a 5 minute walk.
