Great hotel at the beach with very friendly staff. Breakfast is fantastic. Also great for stay with children.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The private beach is a bit dirty and there is a lot of garbage on the beach. There is not much food around the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to restaurants and convenience stores.

Umito Plage The Atta Okinawa is an intimate, boutique hotel - just steps away from the sea. I had quite a lovely time there. Many rooms have their own private pools: The 2 Nepalese staff members were very respectful and efficient and spoke very good English, which was a bonus for me. On arrival, I was automatically upgraded, which was very much appreciated. My accommodation was tastefully decorated and spacious. My dinner (extra charge & ordered before arrival) and breakfast (included) were served in my in-unit private dining room. Both meals were really delicious and plentiful. The hotel is in a very quiet and “isolated” spot, which is part of its charm. It worth noting that The Okinawa Resident Prefectural Forest is across the road and is worth spending some time there. I will return for a longer stay next time. Very highly recommend!

This Was One Of The Best Villas I Have Stayed At. The Staff Was Very Friendly and Amazing. The Villa Was Very Clean And Our Room Was On The Third Floor With A Pool. Me and Mu Family Loved it And Did Not Want To Leave.

The customer service of the staff is not good overall.
Maybe I'm not used to it? I could feel how nervous he was when he spoke.
Even the dishes for dinner were left untouched until breakfast came. Isn't it normal to come pick it up?
When I looked up the location on Google Maps, I found a completely different location, and when I inquired about it, I was told that the address on Google Maps would not get me there. Shouldn't it be fixed?
The room was pretty clean.
However, there was a bit of dirt on the windows and water stains in the shower, so I thought they should put more effort into cleaning. The hallway leading to the room was also hot as there was no air conditioner.
I got the best room and included food, so it was a pretty good price, but what about the customer service? I was disappointed. I won't be staying there again.
