間取りもそうだが家具や備品の配置がメゾネットになっているため、とても不便で不要に昇り降りすることがあり、階段も狭くて暗いので危ない。
デザイン的な部分を重視しているため、脱衣所兼ダイニング、洗面所が土足区域の狭い場所に集約して、落ち着ける場所ではなく。ベットルームにも組み立て机があるだけでくつろげない。
風呂場がそのぶん不要に広い。長期ならば家具を移動したいところだが短期ならその労力と時間の無駄。移動したところで見合う快適さを得られるとは思えない。
山小屋風とでも言うのかな。
