Very good, self-service check-in, good service attitude, you need to clean up yourself. We stayed for three days and rented a car. The location of this hotel is just right, with convenient transportation from north to south.

The place is very comfortable, but the sound insulation is a bit poor, and there is sometimes no sound on the pedestrian stairs outside.

6人住宿客房是在2.3樓，沒有電梯只有樓梯，要自己搬行李，廁所很小，網路幾乎搜尋不到沒信號，小孩說泳池大但是不是很乾淨，地點很偏僻，櫃檯英文不是很好所以溝通困難，有膠囊咖啡機但是要去櫃檯買膠囊，一晚快台幣一萬的住宿，連這個都要收費，白天3樓就算開冷氣也不涼，10點就要check out有點太早，停車要收費但是太晚回來還沒車位，只有有泳池是賣點，其他都需要再加強

It was the worst from check-in. Tragedy for a family of 5 for 3 nights and 4 days. 【check-in】 We arrived at the hotel before 3pm, and the family who arrived just before us started the check-in process, but no matter how much we waited, it never finished. There were about three staff members at the front counter, most likely seasonal part-time workers. If you look at me here, I'm doing my own work. Within 10 minutes, the front desk was crowded with customers checking in. Even though the front is originally narrow... A young man who seemed to be a part-time worker asked, "Are you checking in?" Well, thank you. I arrived and waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes before checking in. This was my first experience. By the time we finished checking in, the family that had arrived just before us had not finished checking in yet. It seems like the credit cannot be processed... I thought, "Is there a hotel like that?", but later I found out the cause. Because I couldn't use the hotel's Wifi. It's probably a problem with the underlying router. When I told the front desk that I couldn't use the Wifi the next day, they simply said, "You can use it today." As expected of Okinawa! [Guest room] The room is a Western-style maisonette type on the second floor. Rent 4 beds and 1 extra futon set for a family of 5. I thought it would be quite spacious and comfortable, but the impression of ``spacious'' when I entered the room was instantly erased. For some reason, the balcony door is ajar...huh? Isn't the security poor? Or did it change the air in the room? I have a lot of ideas, but I think there are a lot of insects, maybe because the terrace was half-opened, or maybe they were already living there. Earthworm-like insects about 2 cm in size were scattered on the floor. Moreover, even if you clean it, it will be there again the next day... There was insecticide at the entrance to the room, but I wanted a little more cleanliness. I don't want to spray so much insecticide in the room where my child sleeps. After all, my days start with cleaning up bugs every morning. [Pool] As it claims to be a pool resort, the pool had a strong presence in the middle of the facility. There are also two jacuzzis, and the children were very happy when they saw them. After a long check-in, I immediately went into the pool with my kids. After about 10 minutes, I felt severe pain in my leg as I was pulling the child through the float! It looks like he stepped on the drain cover at the bottom of the pool. Well, it's a heavy lid, and if you hit it with bare feet, it would hurt, so I was okay with it, but the second time I walked over it, it hurt even more than before! And it was an unusual pain. The child seemed to be having fun, so I put up with it, and when I returned to the room, my legs were covered in blood. Isn't it a long cut over 5cm? It appeared that something like a wire was protruding from the lid, and a child from another family who became friends the next day also said that it hurt when he stepped on it. When my wife immediately informed the front desk, the response was, "Oh, there you are...Are you okay?" No, no, my wife seemed to think that there had definitely been people who had been injured in the past. However, thankfully they gave me two large bandages and disinfectant! Afterwards, everyone playing in the pool warned each other, ``It's dangerous to get too close to the lid.'' We live in an era where we share everything...oh no, the hotel should fix the lid! When I checked out, I was thinking that if I could get a word of apology directly from her, I would just throw everything away, but once my wife handed me the keys, I was done! "Thank you very much."
