I liked the building, we didn’t feel like it was in a ghetto area. The cleaning definitely could be improved, one of our room towels had dirt on it upon arrival and the floor looked dirty. There was no elevator in the building and we have a 7 month old so we had to make trips to get our items and bring up the stroller. Other than that, the stay was not bad at all. :)

Everything was great, except our room had the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. Literally had to stand in tub or squeeze to close the door.

Staff was friendly. A few things were disappointing with our stay. The receptionist charged the wrong card for the second room I reserved, pool was out of service, and the hot tub looked nasty. (Water was a yellow color) There was no elevator to get to the second floor, tubs, in both of our rooms, didn't drain and it took forever to get hot water. Bathrooms are VERY small, hardly enough room to sit on the toilet. Found an emery board in the bed sheets and black hair on the sheets. Breakfast was slim pickings, not much variety.
