We stayed one night in a separate building which was the Roadway Inn, but is part of this complex. The small room smelled like stale potato chips. We had to keep the window open. The bed squeaked loudly. The shower was so small, you could barely turn around in it. The breakfast had many choices, but the round scrambled egg patty was rubbery and tasteless. The only good part was the price…cheap.

The property was clean and ok. Staff good. Because we were locals (no water at home), we had to pay a $150 cash deposit. We had to go out to the bank to get it in sub freezing temps and snowy conditions.

The lady that checked me in was very nice. Room was clean but baseboard was missing so it looked shabby. I am finding that when I stay at motels, I find that the sheets are very scratchy compared to home. I am thinking of bringing my own sheets to combat this but overall, would stay here again.
