People screaming in the hallway, elevator really dirty
The room smells like dirt also.

Place was a bit old, and outdated. The sink in my room kept clogging. Need to improve on cleanliness and maintenance of facility.

Room had a funky smell and windows were filthy.
There was a note under task from April saying rooms would not be freshened due to labor shortage. 7 weeks later no remedy. Negates one of the reason fro staying in a hotel
Bathroom had half doors; knob fell off without me noticing. I stepped on it and slid. Fortunately was able to catch myself before falling.
There was no remote for tv so had to call for one. Once it arrived tv didn't work; it had been disconnected. Maintenance came relatively quickly both times

Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites.
