Onzain Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is beautiful, and we loved our room (Room 10). Thankfully, the chap at reception was strong because we had heavy bags, and there's only one way up to the room, via a wonderful wooden spiral staircase. Every single member of staff was delightful; everyone greeted us with a smile and was incredibly professional. There were also enough staff, and I mention that because I often stay in hotels (including very expensive ones) that simply do not have enough staff. My one criticism is that the shower gel ran out in the bathroom. This should be on the checklist before a room is 'ready for guests'.

It was cheaper than other hotels of the same level. The hotel room is normal. Staff service is no problem. I was not troubled with the meal
