清掃がイマイチ。ヒーターの上に前のお客様のタオルがかかったまま。埃がテーブル見える。備え付けのエスプレッソマシーンは掃除していないので詰まってコーヒーが出てこない。6個あったコーヒー全部出なかった。チェックイン中受付は人によるがバイトみたいな適当な人に当たり、名前を伝えたが、予約はないですと言われておしまい。下の名前を伝えたら予約を見つけられた。お客様の数が多い割にレセプションに人が1人しかいないことが多く、対応が間に合っていない。高級店のつもりでいるようだが、ビジネスホテル。

Goed ontvangen door de nachtportier en een receptioniste, Tot aan de kamer is het hotel goed verzorgt. Eenmaal op de kamer lijkt het wel de jaren 80. Schimmel in de badkamer, meubel in de badkamer hangt te laag. Geboekt een tweepersoonsbed en wij kregen, twee eenpersoonsbedden met een dunne topping. Mijn vrouw werd met rugpijn wakker. Koffie op de kamer was echt onder de maat. Overal lag stof. Hygiëne was 5-sterren niet waardig. Volgende keer toch een ander hotel kiezen.

I have stayed in hotel Haarhuis a handful of times, every time I visit Arnhem. The single rooms are small but clean. Not enough parking spaces. Breakfast on a National Holiday closed at 10:00 am, because ' it is Monday'. Had to pay full room price today on a cancellation .

Wir waren zum Eagle Concert in Arnhem und hatten uns für das Haarhuis entschieden. Es war die Beste Entscheidung, das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durchwegs zuvorkommend, freundlich und man konnte es Ihnen ansehen dass sie dort gerne arbeiten. Unser Zimmer hatte ein super komfortables Bett und war auch größentechnisch sehr gut geschnitten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch !

Mooi hotel, leuke styling. Dichtbij stadscentrum. Volgende keer boeken we wel een andere kamer, de standaard kamer was wel heel erg klein. Behoudens het laatste, een heerlijk verblijf.

Is echt geen 5 sterren hotel. Super kleine kamers. Ik zou het ontbijt smerig willen noemen. Geen flexibiliteit. Iets van het menu beneden op de roof top is volledig onmogelijk. Om 11.30 nog iets drinken kun je vergeten. Voorzieningen op de kamer echt niet van het 5 sterren niveau. Need I say more?

We werden enorm gastvrij ontvangen. Het personeel staat echt voor je klaar. Het hotel ziet er super mooi uit. We hadden de suite en hebben echt kunnen uitrusten door het lekkere bed en de badkuip. Verder was alles op loopafstand van het hotel, dus dat was ideaal. Er was ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. We raden dit hotel aan iedereen aan!

A very chic and classy hotel. Modern and sophisticated. Excellent service from check in to check out. Matthijs went above and beyond and gave us a quick tour of the hotel as it was our first time and also the first time in Arnhem. He recommended things to do and places we can visit and dine at. The food at Locals is a must try too. The room is clean and cozy. We will definitely stay at Haarhuis whenever we are in the area.

Zeer goed hotel. Mooie en up to date (niets is verouderd) kamer, uitgebreid en kwalitatief goed ontbijt, personeel geeft de service die je mag verwachten, prijs locatie. Kortom op alle facetten een zeer goed hotel dat in niets te kort schiet.
