Zeer netjes en correct personeel, en niet onbelangrijk heel behulpzaam.
Één klein puntje is misschien het ontbreken van een minibar opde kamer die we hadden.
Wij komen graag keer terug

Na een vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie naar onze kamer . Ondanks een bevestiging van het hotel ontbrak een van de twee overnachtingen. De receptiekamer gaan dat regelen. Dat wel. Kamer met vloerbedekking, verroeste badafvoer, vergeelde wastafel en bovenal een douchegordijn. Anno 2024 in een viersterrenhotel onacceptabel.

Kamers slecht geïsoleerd en daardoor gehorig. Vloer kraakt ook behoorlijk op de gangen naar de kamers. Het hotel is dus wat gedateerd. De ligging van het hotel is wel heel mooi.

2 nachten verbleven.
Plus: mooie locatie, mooi hotel, ruime gratis parking, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamers en goed bed en nog betere donsdeken.
Min: kamer werd niet gepoetst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, badkamer is echt wel aan vernieuwing toe en in het restaurant en de lobby was het te fris. Keuken (diner) is matig, zou er niet opnieuw dineren.

My tour group srated here for 2 nights, October 6&7, 2023. Thus is an amazing hotel. Staff go above and beyond to ensure tfeir guests needs are seen to. When we could not get a reservation for dinner at the hotel's restaurant, they called 6 different restaurants for us, and we eventually got reservations at the Schoonard - great choice. The onsite bar was well stocked with lots of choice. I'd last stayed here in October 2010 and was pleased to see the hotel still had the excelkent service i remembered. My only complaint is i found the tub a bit too high to step in and out of confortably. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

High bath and broken shower rail. 'Upgraded' only to find room an oven and then advised aircon in room broken. Back to old room. Advised at half empty restaurant that they had to check if we could be accomodated.8pm. Brusk sevice and outside seating closed presumably for conveience of staff. Restaurant 400m away on roundabout used next night great for food and servive in a stark comparison.
