A pathetic experience. We booked approximately 25days before arrival and we a got a call from the Treebo team just one day before the check in date saying that we are cancelling the booking. Nobody gave us the reason of cancellation and our booking was shifter to treebo windstor heights. That is another bad experience. We had booked 2 rooms and were travelling with 2 under 5 aged kids and an elderly couple.We were left in soup and had no choice but to stay in a very pathetic condition.Unreliable experience. Treebo is a bad option to choose. Do not go for it.

Had a wonderful stay with family. Staff are very polite and friendly. They understands the requirement of guests. Happy with the service. Hop to visit again soon. I would request if the parking space can be increased.

Hotel location is very uphill but you would love the feel of the location, Break fast and area needs improvement. Room amenities can be improved further. Everything else was very good. Affordable based on your budget.

Good facilities. Free wifi. Complementary breakfast. Complementary tea/coffee in evening. Free drinking water in jug. Neat & tidy room. Nice view from the room. Nice TV with ***y channels. Swiggy & zomato delivery works.

Breakfast should be improved. Varieties is not their as of now. Campfire should be there. No-inhouse kitchen. We need to order from zomato or swiggy. Hotel has tie up with only one restuarant where veg food quality is worse.

They stay was ok as per the tarrif charged. It was cold here and no extra blankets were being provided. The rooms were damp and moist. Location was ok. Breakfast was ok. Make sure the rooms and hotel upkeep is done properly.

One of my best stays in potty, the location the room the view from room the garden outside the room super delux room the ***agement the service everything was just too good, this is must visit hotel if you are planning a trip to Ooty .. call them directly and book you might get some good discount
