Rooms are ok far from city center put lot money for auto for all needs for one root travell always 150 good cooperating staff

Location is near to ooty bus stand and opposite to rose park, so easy to reach. Food was average. Rooms were spacious but all rooms doesn't have city view as mentioned. Good service.

Restaurant service was bad. Plates were not cleaned properly. Whole a**osphere was unhygienic room service was average. There were no fans in the room.

Just an average hotel. Do not expect much. Location of hotel is highly crowded place. Parking is a mess. Food is average again.

Rooms were small. Stay is ok. The receptionist was helpful. But when it comes to the restaurant, the guy at restaurant reception. He gives hype of the food items like anything. But in fact, food is horrible. It is neither hygiene nor tasty. When we go back to him. He says that only those particular items are not good in that restaurant. Actually, he is one who suggests that item. Most importantly, food is horrible. We were group of 6 and everyone had vomitings after eating food in this restaurant Avoid this stay and most importantly the restaurant.

Beds wr not clean, food was terrible and they dont even keep dustbins and only few rooms have view to the garden
